The blades of the knives and accessories are created with 18/10 stainless steel coming from German steelworks. The blades are joined to the handles with certified eco-friendly food industry resins. The salad servers are made from genuine horn.

Pure silver has a brilliant white lustre, is very ductile and malleable, is sensitive to light, and is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity. Silver can be worked in many ways and rolled to an almost transparent thinness, but it must be alloyed with another metal (copper) in order to give it strength and durability.
