ArtBe srl was founded in 2015. Its main activity is the production and sale of products made from silver- and gold-plated resin.
All products are created in an Italian laboratory using the finest Italian materials. The human element is very important to the brand, which is why it deeply believes in its employees; they are an added value to the factory. ArtBe’s priority is the well-being of its staff, so it invests in their wages and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, a lesser-known land rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day, we work with passion and professionalism, providing reliability to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It begins with a prototype or model, which is transformed into a unique and handcrafted piece, entirely handmade.
The production process is divided into several stages.
1) The first step is creating a prototype object. The prototype or “model” is made in-house based on drawings, photographs, or 3D files.
2) After obtaining the model, the company creates a silicone rubber mold, which allows shaping polyester filled with resin. The resin is then washed out and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready to be electroformed with silver using galvanic plating. The galvanizing process involves the following steps: grinding, degreasing, metallization, and finally, silver plating.
4) Next, the staff proceeds with manual refinement performed by highly skilled artisans, including aging, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting on the item.
5) The product resulting from all these processes must be regarded as handcrafted in every aspect.
