How was Porta Romana founded?
The origins of this company date back to 1988 in a small London workshop. The ambitions of the people creating these items led to the growth of the brand. The real breakthrough came with new British artisans who inspired the original creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global company.
How are Porta Romana products designed?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. The artists discuss their projects with the craftsmen to create innovative products. Each year, a new collection theme is developed, each with its own unique character and style. The process of creating these pieces is very lengthy, starting with 3D graphics, which are then developed into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the products meet the company's rigorous standards.
