Constantinos Manopoulos – refined quality crafted with passion for over 50 years,

The history of the iconic Greek board game producer began in 1968. It was then that a young Constantinos Manopoulos spent long hours playing trictrac with his father. Board games fascinated him, and he dreamed of turning entertainment into true art. Two years later, 21-year-old Costas, already a student at the Academy of Fine Arts, created his first bronze chess pieces. His design made such a strong impression that the young man decided to open a small artisan shop in the heart of Athens. He began producing hand-carved chess and trictrac sets. And so the story was born.

Constantinos Manopoulos offers exquisite social games that captivate

Both the game boards and the pieces by Constantinos Manopoulos are made from refined quality materials. This includes primarily wood – mahogany, ebony, rosewood, olive, or walnut. The manufacturer also incorporates metals into their designs – the pieces are made, among others, from bronze. They captivate with creativity and attention to every detail of craftsmanship.

When ordering Constantinos Manopoulos chess, you can play with pieces inspired by, for example, Greek mythology, nautical themes, war motifs, and many others. Each set – still handcrafted, even after 50 years – is a small work of art that provides entertainment and unforgettable aesthetic experiences.
