Dieci is a collection of desks and conference tables that perfectly adapt to the new needs of modern work environments, where functionality and efficiency are enhanced in stimulating and friendly spaces. With great flexibility and customization, Dieci provides work scenarios in various contexts, such as operational and semi-executive spaces, traditional conference rooms, and informal meeting areas. The different configurations, offered in many finishes and sizes, include both single tables and long shared workstations, promoting both individual focus and interaction. With a simple and essential design, it features a matte, painted metal portal frame available in a wide range of shades from the catalog. A wide range of tabletop materials and colors is also available, which can be made from melamine, wood, Fenix, glossy, anti-touch, and printed glass. The collection is complemented by a series of renewed accessories, such as screens enhancing acoustic comfort, integrated binder containers, service tops increasing workspace, drawer cabinets on wheels, also available in reduced width to save space, and complete technological equipment like configurable cable grommets and processor holders.

Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the Italian northeastern furniture district. Over these twenty years, Prof's economic path of development and growth has allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the spread of Italian design and top quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product offering.
Starting with stylish executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows for proposing holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the province of Treviso, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of the most important industrial furniture districts in Europe. It occupies a total area of about 8700 square meters, of which 3600 are covered. The plant, specializing in the production of office furniture, is equipped to work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehouse, and shipping of finished products. The headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for receiving clients, and a showroom of over 400 square meters, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1800 square meters was carried out, with 640 square meters dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to the new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing is exclusively carried out at the Falzè di Piave plant in the province of Treviso and always bases its identity on the utmost values of respect for people, land, and materials. Exceptionally strong local roots and an innate "know-how" ability, which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and also solidify its success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is geared towards "just in time," allowing for the combination of elements such as reliability, inventory reduction, and the increase of quality and customer service. The entire Prof network develops in Italy, mainly in the affiliated production district, where the vast majority of raw material and semi-finished product suppliers are located. The products are entirely designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN

In the Prof factory, every piece of equipment stems from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy, expressed through the internal Design Department working closely with external designers and constantly updated with technological and legislative evolution. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, in full compliance with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including client demand analysis, layout study with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can propose and execute personalized services on standard production models: from the production of oversized elements, through the search for new materials and finishes, to the creation of samples and prototypes. Thanks to its production versatility, over the years Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumables, from small and medium projects to great personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Prof maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services with full information, changes, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's large production flexibility allows, in addition to serial production, the realization of projects defined on order, tailored to the specific needs of the client. The Design Department is able to support the client or designer in the development and production of unique products, both in functional and aesthetic solutions, with completely individual finishes.
Careful advice at every stage of implementation: targeted design, with careful selection of materials and the utmost attention to detail, culminating in construction, step by step, until final installation.
Production is entirely tailored to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to the growing competitiveness of international markets by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, rationalizing internal production processes, Prof obtained the ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, providing the opportunity for increasingly concrete business objectives. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. Starting from carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European formaldehyde emission regulations for both raw materials and melamine.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are created by reusing wood in a production process that does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof's concrete commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, which regulates the impact of production activities on the environment, striving to systematically improve it. In 2015, during the same period of the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green mark to confirm and identify its commitment to environmental sustainability as an integral part of its business and production growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its "green" strategy, confirming its values of "sustainability" and "responsibility," by choosing a new electricity operator (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO-PACKAGING

Prof continues its commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern machinery park for packaging with biodegradable cardboard, allowing for individual training in packaging. Optimization for specific products enables a significant reduction in packaging costs, storage, and consequently, waste for disposal. To improve waste management within the company, several separate collection points for production waste have been established. All are stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.
