Dieci is a collection of desks and conference tables that perfectly adapt to the new needs of modern work environments, where functionality and productivity are enhanced in stimulating and welcoming spaces. Thanks to its high flexibility and adaptability, Dieci offers work scenarios in various contexts, such as operational and semi-productive areas, traditional conference rooms, and informal meeting spaces. Different configurations, available in many finishes and sizes, include both single tables and long shared workstations, promoting both individual concentration and interaction. Its simple and fundamental design features a matte, painted metal frame available in a wide range of shades from the catalog. A broad selection of tabletop materials and colors is also available, which can be made from melamine, wood, Fenix, glossy, anti-touch, and printed glass. The collection is complemented by a series of renewed accessories, such as acoustic comfort screens, integrated segregator containers, service tops to increase workspace, mobile drawer units, also available in narrower widths to save space, and complete technological equipment such as configurable cable ducts and processor holders.

Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, rooted in a family-run industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems deeply anchored in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, Prof’s economic development and growth path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. Through consultations with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from stylish executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, conference rooms, and partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe’s most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specializing in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for woodwork, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics of finished products. The main building houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing plant produces exclusively in Falzè di Piave, Treviso, and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate “know-how,” which has evolved with new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and consolidate its success, continuously blending tradition and innovation while adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof’s production organization is focused on “just in time,” enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, in the local production district where most raw material and component suppliers are located. All products are designed and manufactured entirely in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

DESIGN

At Prof's factory, every piece of equipment is designed with an understanding of the changing dynamics of the workplace. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is reflected through the internal Design Department, which works closely with external designers and is constantly updated in line with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and health standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

PERSONALIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to producing samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile manufacturing capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Prof maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction, step by step, until final installation.
Production is entirely adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competitiveness by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through the reuse of wood in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof's commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of its production activities on the environment and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to affirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its "eco-friendly" strategy, emphasizing its values of "sustainability" and "responsibility," and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO-PACKAGING

Prof continues his commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park made of biodegradable cardboard, allowing for individual training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products enables significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management within the company, several separate collection points for post-production waste have been established. All waste is stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.
