Dieci is a collection of desks and conference tables that perfectly adapt to the evolving needs of modern work environments, where functionality and productivity are enhanced in stimulating and welcoming spaces. Thanks to its high flexibility and customization options, Dieci offers work scenarios in various contexts, such as operational and semi-operational areas, traditional conference rooms, and informal meeting spaces. Different configurations, available in a wide range of finishes and sizes, include both single tables and long shared workstations, promoting both individual concentration and interaction. Its simple and fundamental design features a matte, painted metal frame available in a broad spectrum of shades from the catalog. A wide selection of materials and colors for the tops is also available, which can be made from melamine, wood, Fenix, glossy, anti-touch, and printed glass. The collection is complemented by a series of renewed accessories, such as acoustic comfort screens, integrated document trays, service tops to increase workspace, mobile drawer units, also available in reduced widths to save space, and complete technological equipment such as configurable cable ducts and CPU holders.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, rooted in a family-run industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems deeply anchored in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, Prof’s economic growth and development path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the spread of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. Through consultations with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from stylish executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, conference rooms, and partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

Prof’s headquarters, along with its plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe’s most important furniture manufacturing districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The facility, specialized in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for woodwork, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 sqm for new offices, and 830 sqm for a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing plant produces exclusively at the Falzè di Piave facility in Treviso and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate “know-how,” which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and solidify its success by continuously blending tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof’s production organization is focused on “just in time,” enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, primarily in the local manufacturing district where most raw material and semi-finished product suppliers are located. All products are fully designed and manufactured in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

PROJECT

At Prof's factory, every piece of equipment is designed with an understanding of the changing dynamics of the workplace. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is reflected through the internal Design Department, which works closely with external designers and is constantly updated alongside technological and legislative advancements. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and health standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

PERSONALIZATION

Prof can offer and execute customized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Prof maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with completely individual finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction process step-by-step until final installation.
The production is fully adapted to individual requirements.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. Starting from carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through the reuse of wood in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof’s commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of its manufacturing activities on the environment and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green mark to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO PACKAGING

Prof continues his commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park made from biodegradable cardboard, allowing for individual training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products enables significant reductions in packaging costs, warehousing, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management within the company, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established. All waste is stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.
