Elevated as a trophy by four handcrafted, gold-leaf-covered horns, this exquisite sofa is a shell that contains a delicate and unprotected being. As sand shifts along the retreating foam waves, the protective enclosure is ribbed in the shadow of the sand, and each carved edge is skillfully crafted. Loose cushions made of cotton velvet in ocean shades, soft to the touch of perfectly polished stones, contrast with the refined interior in gold leaf.
