The new Tellurium IV combines modernity with classic design in a distinctly futuristic form. The twisted crown in the shape of a rosette, laser-cut with a depiction of the 12 zodiac signs of the month and date, offers an exciting glimpse into the world of astronomy. The particularly striking feature is the solid dial, specially milled for the watch, with an impression of floating inside, surrounded by a glass cube. The design depicts Earth's orbit around the Sun once a year, with Earth rotating on its axis once every 24 hours. At the same time, the Moon orbits Earth every 29 and a half days, rotating once on its own axis, making the Moon's phases visible from Earth. Earth passes through the 12 zodiac signs, months, and days, which can be read on the flat dial. The 8-day Westminster striking mechanism features 4/4 chimes on four polished bells. It includes a seconds power flow, spring stabilizer, an 11-jewel Swiss movement, polished plates, and automatic night shut-off for the striking mechanism. A rotating arm with hands and representations of the Sun, Moon, and Earth completes the display.
