Founded in 1895 by David Berti, this small manufactory seems to be entirely detached from the trends that have dominated the world over the years. Its core guiding principle is fidelity to tradition, which is still cultivated by the fourth generation of experienced artisans.

The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would cause the loss of identity in the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing vision and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the individual stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are made, among others, from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that, despite being designed for everyday use, their knives should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. After all, each one is a small, unique artifact.
