Exclusive Italian cutlery finished with Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) method - Zanetto!

PVD coating is an environmentally friendly process as it takes place in a vacuum. Products finished with this technique can achieve any gold color with an evenly applied layer.

The main advantage is the low process temperature (100-360°C), which prevents thermal deformation. Products after such treatment have excellent adhesion, meaning the PVD layer strongly bonds to the substrate and does not peel off.

Other benefits of PVD include surface hardness, optimal resistance to abrasion and scratches, high corrosion and UV resistance, resistance to solvents and acids. Additionally, they are highly durable (a typical PVD layer lasts about 10 years).
