Vegetable-tanned leather products

Vegetable-tanned leather absorbs marks, gives the leather a new refined appearance, and introduces new shades and colors. Similar to patina, which develops on the surface — indicating very high-quality material.

The brand sources the most delicate and high-quality raw materials from Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Switzerland. This is the essence of the entire product-making process. Just like in an orchestra, threads play an important role here. They add elegance, allure, and true elitism to Arte & Cuoio’s products.

The process of ''slow tanning'' is carried out with animal fat (tallow) and tannins extracted from bark, chestnut, and mimosa wood. The leather is then greased in wooden barrels with animal fats, air-dried, refined with natural dyes, and polished with amber stones. That’s why Arte & Cuoio’s products are so unique and one-of-a-kind. Simple design combined with the highest quality leather provides deep sensations and a distinctive, unspoiled scent.

Since 1980, the manufactory has also been designing and producing custom-made items. Its products are found on luxury yachts, extravagant hotels, private jets, and elite offices.
