The family-owned Hermle company has its roots in Gosheim in the Swabian Jura. The headquarters is located in nearby Reichenbach. This region was once a center of German clockmaking industry and is still known for its spirit of innovation and hard work.

Additionally, Hermle has been specializing in the production of high-quality turning parts for over 50 years – this is a key advantage, as almost all individual parts of clock mechanisms are produced in the company’s own turning shop. For walnut, we use solid maple or alder wood, which is stained and lacquered in several stages to achieve the original shades of the appropriate wood color.
