Description

Beautiful and luxurious magazines combine high-quality production with stunning art. Perfect as a gift and an essential personal choice for writers, note-takers, travelers, students, poets, and diarists. Features a wide range of renowned and contemporary artists, with new works published throughout the year.

BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED. High-quality covers are printed on foil paper, embossed, and then foil-pressed, complemented by a luxurious binding and pink-red endpapers. The covers are created by our artists and designers, who spend many hours transforming original artworks into magnificent 3D masterpieces that feel great in the hand and look stunning on a desk or table.

PRactical and easy to use. Flame Tree notebooks also feature practical functions: a back pocket for scraps and receipts; two ribbon bookmarks to help track more than just your to-do list; sturdy ivory-colored lined paper; and when you need to gather other notes or paper scraps, a magnetic side flap keeps everything tidy and organized.

ARTIST. John James Audubon (born Jean-Jacques Rabin) was an ornithologist, naturalist, and painter. His major work, Birds of America, published between 1827 and 1839, was a comprehensive study documenting all types of American birds in their natural habitats. He is considered one of the most magnificent ornithological works ever completed and is the namesake of many streets, towns, and neighborhoods across America.

FINAL WORD. As William Morris said: “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.”

Popular titles and a very wide range of authors are synonymous with Flame Tree Publishing.

“The aim… is to wipe the dust of everyday life from our souls,” Pablo Picasso.

“Flame Tree Publishing has been clearing the dust of everyday life for over twenty years, creating illustrated books since 1992, art calendars since 1998, and illustrated e-books since 2009. Their extensive list includes powerful and eloquent artists such as Erté and Alphonse Mucha, complemented by extensive licenses in award-winning calendar lines, with Tate, V&A, RSC, RA, and many others.”

Thanks to a wide range of authors, editors, and writers—from Vladimir Ashkenazy, Steve Hackett, John Howe, Sir George Martin, Brian May, Paul du Noyer, Paco Peña, Stanley Sadie—the company strives to create illustrated projects that are affordable, useful, and beautiful. In addition to printed titles, their exceptional selection of practical cookbooks, music books, pop culture, and lifestyle titles is increasingly available in digital formats. The producer believes that well-reviewed, thoughtfully curated content should be available in many different formats to meet their readers’ needs.
