Wood, selection

The specialists at Tiferno carefully and experience-wise select only the best wood species, verify the best cuts, and check seasoning before subjecting the wood to processing procedures that bring out its unique features.

Wood, stabilization

Like all living materials, wood undergoes changes even after processing: for this reason, furniture still in its natural state is left for several months until it fully stabilizes.
After stabilization, the furniture is carefully sanded and smoothed by our master craftsmen, preparing it for painting. Once sanded and smoothed, the master artisans prepare it for painting. The final treatment with beeswax then gives it a completely natural color and softness.
