Before the pieces of nephrite can be set into the body of the fountain pen, they must undergo a series of special operations, from raw stone grinding to extraction by a goldsmith of the finest nuances of its natural luster. Only highly experienced artisans can accomplish this.
The nib is made of 18-karat gold. The cap is polished and plated with platinum. The pen features a closed filling system. Each individually numbered pen is housed in an exclusive wooden box.
