Starry Summer is the final series of pens from the "Seasons of the Year under the Stars" collection. 

Starry Summer features the most prominent stars of the magnificent Aquila, Cygnus, and Lyra constellations. 

Cygnus Constellation is one of the most distinctive constellations of the northern sky, known since antiquity. The number of stars visible to the naked eye: about 150, 16th in size.
Additionally, Cygnus shows the brightest part of the northern Milky Way, the magnificent Star Cloud in Cygnus. 
►Meanwhile, Lyra is one of the most recognizable summer sky constellations in the northern hemisphere. The most famous object in Lyra is the Ring Nebula, whose material, ejected 20,000 years ago, is moving away at about 20 km/s from the central star, a white dwarf of 14th magnitude.
Sailor pens, especially the timeless ones, are crafted in Hiroshima using the highest quality materials, with a focus on very high-quality nibs.

Misako Azumai is a young, highly talented artist who, immediately after finishing high school, began studying artistic lacquer techniques at Kyoto School of Traditional Art. Her graduation work was exhibited at MIA in Italy. After learning Kyo Maki-e techniques under master Tadao Kunieda, she started creating works in her distinctive style. Her craftsmanship is highly appreciated for its delicate and feminine style.
