ArtBe srl was founded in 2015. Its main activity is the production and sale of products made from silver and gold-plated resin.
All items are created in an Italian laboratory using the finest Italian materials. Human value is very important to the company, which is why it strongly believes in its employees—they are an added value to the factory. ArtBe’s priority is the well-being of its staff, so it invests in their wages and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, a lesser-known land rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day, we work with passion and professionalism, providing reliability to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It begins with a prototype or model, which is transformed into an original and handmade piece, entirely handcrafted.
The production process is divided into several stages.
1) The first step is the prototype object. The prototype or “model” is created in-house based on a drawing, photograph, or 3D file.
2) After obtaining the model, the company makes a mold from silicone rubber, which allows for the creation of a shape in polyester filled with resin. The resin is then washed out and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready to be electroformed with silver using galvanic plating. The galvanizing process involves the following steps: grinding, degreasing, metallization, and finally, silver plating.
4) Next, the staff proceeds with manual refinement by highly skilled personnel performing various finishes: aging, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting on the item.
5) The product resulting from all these processes should be regarded as handmade in every aspect.
