ArtBe srl was founded in 2015. Its main activity is the production and sale of items made from silver and gold-plated resin.
All products are created in an Italian laboratory using the finest Italian materials. The human element is very important to the brand, which is why it strongly believes in its employees; they are an added value to the factory. ArtBe prioritizes the well-being of its staff, investing in their wages and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, a lesser-known region rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day, we work with passion and professionalism, providing reliability to our team and customers.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It begins with a prototype or model, which is transformed into a unique, handcrafted piece, entirely made by hand.
The production process is divided into several stages.
1) The first step is creating a prototype object. The prototype or “model” is made in-house based on drawings, photographs, or a 3D file.
2) After obtaining the model, the company creates a silicone rubber mold, which allows for the casting of polyester filled with resin. The resin is then washed out and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready for electroforming with silver using galvanic plating. The galvanizing process involves the following steps: grinding, degreasing, metallization, and finally silver plating.
4) Next, skilled artisans manually refine the piece with various finishes: antiquing, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting.
5) The final product, resulting from all these processes, should be regarded as handcrafted in every aspect.
