ArtBe srl is a company founded in 2015. Its main business activity is the production and sale of resin products galvanized with silver and gold.
All products are created in an Italian laboratory using the finest Italian materials. Human value is very important to the company, which is why it deeply believes in its employees, who are the added value of the factory. ArtBe's priority is the well-being of its employees, which is why it invests in their wages and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, an unknown land rich in history, traditions, and values. We work daily with passion and professionalism, providing solidity to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It begins with a prototype or model that transforms into an original and handmade piece, entirely manually handled.
The production process is divided into several phases.
1) The first step is the prototype object. The prototype or "model" is created in-house based on a drawing, photo, or 3D file.
2) After obtaining the model, the company creates a silicone rubber mold, which allows for the creation of a polyester shape filled with resin. The resin is then rinsed and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready for silver coating using the electroforming galvanic method. The galvanizing process involves the following stages: grinding, degreasing, metallization, and finally, silvering.
4) Next, employees proceed to manual refinement by a highly skilled team performing various finishes: aging, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting on the object.
5) The product resulting from all these processes should be considered handmade in all aspects.
