Description

This Sumo-sized retrospective celebrates one of the most influential photographers in the world and culminates two years of research into his archives. Gathering portraits from the 1950s to 2010, we discover around 300 subjects as diverse as Nelson Mandela, Salvador Dalí, The Beatles, The Queen, Bill Gates, and Yves Saint Laurent, all printed large and bold, in Bailey’s distinctive style.

The collector’s edition (No. 301–3,000), each numbered and signed by David Bailey, with a shelf designed by Marc Newson. Each edition includes a set of four jackets featuring John Lennon and Paul McCartney, Jean Shrimpton, Mick Jagger, and Andy Warhol.

Also available in four art edition variants with signed prints.
