1. Baking in the oven is safe up to 230 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Since copper is a good heat conductor, these products usually do not require the full power of the gas cooker, but about 50-75% of the power. In the case of gas cookers, we suggest putting pots on a weaker flame.
3. The heating of empty dishes should be avoided.
4. In case of seasoning, especially in the case of salt, first you have to check if the water is warm. Adding salt to a pot of cold water can result in pitting corrosion. This is due to the chemical reaction of sodium chloride (contained in salt) with water and metal.

4. We recommend washing the products in lukewarm water with washing-up liquid. After washing the pots, you must immediately dry them with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may appear on the copper. This does not affect the cooking process.
6. To make copper pots look like new, use pastilles and polishes designed to clean these types of products.
7. To prevent the corrosion of the iron handles, occasionally lubricate them with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
