Description
Innovative Mini Slice accessory for Graef slicers. This angled attachment is perfect for slicing food products into uniform slices of the same thickness. It is made from black, hygienic, and durable material. It is mounted on the slicer carriage in place of the pusher.
The attachment is an excellent addition to any GRAEF slicer, where it is used for safe, convenient, and quick cutting of smaller food items such as vegetables, fruits, and even sausages.
The sliced product is pushed through the opening of the attachment by gravity, and the stainless steel cutting disc blade comfortably cuts even slices without any unnecessary residues or risk of injury.
The Mini Slice 1050 fits all models of GRAEF slicers from the SKS 900 series (90x) and the Professionell line. Using the Mini Slice in the slicing process ensures that the resulting slices are of the same thickness, which is especially important when drying sliced products.
