The founders firmly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered knives. Therefore, their company's approach places a special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are very much welcomed, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing philosophy and are capable of passing long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of artisans but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
