30 St Mary Axe in London served as the inspiration for this stunning writing collection. 30 St Mary Axe – a skyscraper located in the City of London, the main financial district of London, also known as 'Swiss Re' or 'Gherkin'.
The building, designed by Norman Foster, stands on the site of the Baltic Exchange building, destroyed on April 10, 1992, in a bombing attack by the Irish Republican Army.

The skyscraper has 40 floors and is 180 meters tall, and is considered an eco-friendly building. Its cone-like shape reduces lateral wind pressure and eliminates 'wind tunnel' effects at street level, often experienced by tall buildings. A double-glazed facade protects against overheating in summer and provides insulation in winter.

The building has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Stirling Prize awarded by the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Each piece takes approximately 2 months to produce. Its characteristic profile is designed to fit perfectly in the hand, and the construction of this extraordinary pen combines ergonomics with aesthetics.

This model breaks all conventional standards of appearance – it is simply a fabulous form of a barrel-shaped cigar, offering a fascinating aspect of negative space and lattice structure – creating a beautiful balance.

The inner barrel is made of solid silver – ensuring perfect balance, protected and reinforced with 22ct gold and rhodium.
Black diamonds set at the ends of the cap and barrel add value and luxury. The writing comfort is enhanced by an 18ct gold nib, laser-engraved with the manufacturer's initials.

The collection is limited to 888 pieces.
