Working exclusively in Gold, Silver and Platinum, and utilising precious gemstones including diamonds and sapphires, the virtuoso designer skilfully unites traditional goldsmithing skills with the latest technology to craft beautiful artefacts that are as much objets d'art, as they are fine jewellery and writing instruments.
'Architect’ is an exclusive collection of architecturally inspired, solid gold, sterling silver, limited edition writing instruments and cufflinks, intended for lovers of art and design. Inspired by the ‘Gherkin’ building which is located in the heart of London's financial district, the hand polished gold or silver filigree twisting along the pen’s barrel or fronts of the cufflinks delicately evokes the spiral steel girders of this modern skyscraper. Gemstones, representative of the building’s rivets, are individually set within the central section. When capped and displayed on its bespoke desk stand, each writing instrument becomes an intricate sculpture or object d'art.
Only solid gold, sterling silver and top quality brilliant-cut gemstones are used to create each writing instrument and pair of cufflinks. All sterling silver is also rhodium coated to help prevent tarnishing. A full British hallmark is relief engraved onto the barrel of each item by the Birmingham Assay Office (founded in 1773). This striking feature guarantees the purity of precious metals and the intrinsic value of your investment.
