We are pleased to present to you the Swiss-made Caran d’Ache fountain pen from the limited edition Varius Link Series I.

Caran d’Ache products often feature bold combinations of unique materials, advanced technology, and distinctive design. The Varius Link Series introduces us to the world of modern design, utilizing precious materials such as mother-of-pearl, ebony wood, and white gold.
Goldsmiths at Caran d’Ache produced only 1001 pieces of these writing instruments. An individual number is subtly engraved on one of the mother-of-pearl pieces decorating the body. Applying mother-of-pearl flakes onto the ebony wood body required the utmost precision. White gold strips complement this delicate composition and had to be placed with accuracy to the hundredth of a millimeter.
The result is a unique writing instrument for those who appreciate modern forms. The fountain pen is equipped with a 18-karat gold nib of 750 fineness, plated with rhodium.
The dual filling system, allowing use of a piston or cartridges, will satisfy everyone. It is housed in a very elegant box.
