The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor forces, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. Therefore, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this Italian family is not closed to change. Changes are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the current vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of artisans, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, while handles are made from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that, despite being designed for everyday use, their knives should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is a small, unique work of art.
