The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products offered. For this reason, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are highly desirable, provided they do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the manufacturing process does not involve specialized sections of workers responsible for each stage; instead, each knife is crafted from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, every blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles are made from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners recommend that, although designed for everyday use, their knives should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is a small, unique artifact.
