A unique silver Hermle clock

The new Tellurium IV combines modernity with classic design in a distinctly futuristic form. The twisted crown in the shape of a rosette, laser-cut with a depiction of the 12 zodiac signs of the month and date, offers an exciting insight into the world of astronomy. The particularly striking feature is the solid dial, specially machined for the watch, with the mechanism appearing to float inside, surrounded by a glass cube. The design depicts Earth's orbit around the Sun once a year, with Earth rotating on its axis once every 24 hours. At the same time, the Moon orbits Earth once every 29 and a half days, rotating once on its own axis, making the various phases of the Moon visible from Earth. Earth passes through the 12 zodiac signs, months, and days, which can be read on the flat dial. The 8-day striking mechanism features 4/4 Westminster chimes on four polished bells. It includes a seconds power flow, a spring stabilizer, an 11-jewel Swiss movement, polished plates, and automatic night shut-off for the striking mechanism. A rotating arm with hands displays the Sun, Moon, and Earth.
