Established in 1895 by David Berti, the small manufactory seems entirely detached from the trends that have prevailed worldwide over the years. Its key value is fidelity to tradition, which is still cultivated by the fourth generation of these excellent craftsmen.

The brand's founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. Therefore, the company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are most welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of craftsmen but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles from, among others, buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their creations, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the respect that guarantees their longevity. Each of them is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
