Therefore, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are highly desirable, provided they do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized artisan sections, but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are, among others, made from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.
