The founder of the family business, Louis Schwab, established the famous SWIZA brand in 1904 and quickly became a market leader. He was not only the head of a workforce of hundreds but also the father of 15 children. After his passing, one of Schwab’s daughters encouraged her husband to start his own Boegli company.
