Founded in 1895 by David Berti, the family workshop seems to be entirely detached from the trends that have dominated the world throughout its history. Its core principle is fidelity to tradition, which is now being upheld by the fourth generation of these Italian artisans.
The founders of the brand strongly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the knives produced.
