Etching on copper plate, monogrammed on the left side and numbered on the right side 7 (1656) /58). Excellent copper engraving printed on contemporary paper, in good condition despite minimal moisture stains.
The collection “Various Figures” is undoubtedly Salvador Rosa's most famous graphic work, already considered a model for young artists at the time and developing themes previously explored by many etchers such as Callot, Della Bella, and Liagno. Included is the original certificate of authenticity from Arte Grafica Antica, Treviso.
