We would like to present to you a bronze inkwell from the early 20th century, resting on a double round marble base, the lower one made of black marble with a shaped edge and the upper one in alpine green.
The inkstand body features a tripod base with bull's feet decorated with alternating carved faces of cherubs with grapes, mustaches, and bull's heads.
The top ends with a figure of an angel embracing a lion, connected to the ink reservoir through a base decorated with floral garlands and human masks. Glass is missing. In excellent condition.
