Pair of antique gilded majolica shelves from the 18th century, small carved and gilded wooden shelves, made from a two-piece cover of an antique vase produced by an 18th-century manufacturer, hand-painted with polychrome floral decorations on a white background.
Majolica framed is a wooden structure in the shape of a crescent moon, carved with botanical motifs and gilded with pure gold leaf. The upper part, i.e., the profiled wooden shelf top, is lacquered with dark green faux marble.
This pair of antique, carved and gilded wooden shelves with polychrome majolica from the 18th century was handcrafted in the 19th century and is in good condition.
